Entries are open on Monday, 3 August 2026 at 1:00PM AEST and close on Monday, 5 October 2026 at 12:00PM AEST.
The Art Show is open to entrants aged three years and older.
Categories are clasified as:
OPEN: 18 years of age and older
JUNIOR: This category is broken down into primary (age 3-11) and secondary (age 12-17).
Artwork
Artwork that has previously won a prize in the NPCC Art Show is not eligible for entry. However, previously exhibited work is welcome.
All 2D mediums are accepted, including but are not limited to acrylic, oil, mixed media, gouache, ink, pencil, charcoal, aerosol, watercolour, pastel, photograph, chalk and collage.
No 3D works will be accepted.
Each work, including framing, must not exceed 1 square meter in total size.
The Art Show will accept a maximum of 4 artworks per artist and artworks that is a part of a series will be counted seperately.
Artworks may be offered for sale with no comission charged during the exhibition and artists must clearly indicate on the entry form if work is not for sale.
OPEN entries must have a securely attached picture wire ready for hanging while JUNIOR entries may use mat board, picture wire and framing tape. Organiser reserves the right not to hang unsuitable works and it might not be accepted to enter to the Art Show.

Each entry must have the artist's name, contact number, title and sale price attached to the back of the artwork. Unlabelled works will not be accepted.
All submitted artwork must be original and created by entrant.
Payments
Entry fees are free for JUNIOR artists, and for OPEN artists the fee is $10 per artwork or $8 per artwork (concession card holder). Entry fee(s) can be paid by the following methods:

Drop-Off and Collection
Artists are responsible for delivering their work on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, between 2:00PM and 7:00PM.
NPCC will be taking due care of the artworks delivered but accepting no responsibility for loss or damage.
The collection day will be on Sunday, 18 October 2026, between 4:30PM and 6:00PM.
Uncollected artwork by Sunday, 18 October 2026 will be charged with a $50 storage fee and will be disposed 7 days after if still uncollected.
Additional Information
All personal information will be kept confidential and used only to contact entrants. As entrants are automatically added to the Art Show database for notice purposes, please indicate if you do not wish to receive promotional material.
The jusdge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Photographs and video may be taken during the exhibition weekends and of submitted artworks, and by entering the Art Show artists grant Noble Park Community Centre permission to use these images for promotional, marketing, archival and publicity purposes across print, digital and social media platforms.
NPCC Art Show reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry suspected of unlawful or improper conduct, including intellectual property infringment or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
